Apparat Shares Live Version of ‘Little Feet’ Ahead of Final A Hum Of Maybe Tour Dates
Berlin-based musician, producer and composer Apparat, the alias of Sascha Ring, has shared a live version of ‘Little Feet’, recorded during his A Hum Of Maybe performance at Berlin’s Theater des Westens in June.
The live recording arrives as Apparat prepares for the final leg of his A Hum Of Maybe 2026 tour, which begins at Hackney Church in London on 3 October before concluding in Lille, France, on 12 October.
Fans can currently download the live version of ‘Little Feet’ for free through Apparat’s dedicated website, with the offer running until 12 October. From 13 October, the track will become available across streaming platforms via Mute.
The Berlin recording features Apparat on vocals and guitar alongside Philipp Johann Thimm on guitar, Christoph “Mäcki” Hamann on synths, Christian “Koli” Kohlhaas on bass and Jörg Wähner on drums. The recording was handled by Ralf Metzler, with mastering by Kai Blankenberg.
A Hum Of Maybe
‘Little Feet’ arrives alongside Apparat’s sixth studio album, A Hum Of Maybe, which is available now through Mute on limited-edition double turquoise vinyl, double vinyl, CD and digital formats.
The album represents Apparat’s first full-length release since 2019’s LP5 and is described as a deeply personal record shaped by the years between the two albums.
Across A Hum Of Maybe, Ring brings together his background as an electronic producer with his work as a composer, creating an album built around intricate melodies, layered textures, free-form passages and constantly shifting arrangements.
One of the album’s standout tracks, ‘Glimmerine’, explores the experience of parenthood, combining glittering synth lines and feverish jazz trombone with dramatic shifts between quieter and more expansive passages.
